Joshua Lambert brings a rare pairing to a capital raise: hands-on experience building investor materials and running outreach, plus years owning a P&L and making the operating decisions those materials get tested against.
As Managing Partner at an operator-led advisory firm, Joshua has built full investor material suites — financial models, pitch decks, and one-pagers — and led targeted institutional outreach, including a $5M venture capital raise for an AI-powered predictive maintenance company and the transaction materials and banker process behind the sale of an $80M construction technology company.
Before advising other companies on growth and capital, Joshua ran one: at Parker Wellbore, he grew a business unit from $49M to $169M in revenue, led an acquisition that added $30M in annual business, and owned full P&L responsibility for a $20M, 70-person operation. Earlier in his career, he managed $10M–$150M capital projects for Tier 1 clients, and led technology identification, trial, and deployment initiatives at the largest U.S. based energy company — firsthand experience helping a Tier 1 operator evaluate and adopt cutting-edge technology, a perspective he now brings to how growth-stage companies position their own technology and product differentiation for investors.
Joshua holds a BSME and Professional Engineer (PE) license from Baylor University and an MBA from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business.
